Perma recipe: Couscous with corn and tomatoes.

Starring tomato, corn and coriander.

  • 3 tomatoes,
  • 200 grams of corn,
  • 250 grams of couscous
  • 1 bunch of coriander,
  1. boil the corn,
  2. cook your couscous with a lemon juice and boiling water,
  3. dice the tomatoes,
  4. chop the coriander,
  5. mix it all up, season to taste with olive oil, salt & pepper.
