Ingredients:
- 200g of bulgur
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch of parsley
Steps:
- Soak the bulgur in your seasoning for one hour,
- Dice the tomato,
- Mince the onion,
- Chop the parsley,
- Mix everything together.
