Perma recipe: Tabbouleh

Starring tomato, onion and parsley.


Ingredients:
  • 200g of bulgur
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Steps:
  1. Soak the bulgur in your seasoning for one hour,
  2. Dice the tomato,
  3. Mince the onion,
  4. Chop the parsley,
  5. Mix everything together.
