Starring beetroot, brussel sprouts, coriander.
- 3 beetroots,
- 12ish brussel sprouts,
- mixed herbs,
- cook then chop the beetroots,
- fry the quartered brussel sprouts for a few minutes until soft,
- mix beetroots, brussel sprouts and herbs together,
- add your favourite dressing, and some crunched nuts.
