Perma recipe: Roasted beetroot and Brussel sprouts Salad

Starring beetroot, brussel sprouts, coriander.

  • 3 beetroots,
  • 12ish brussel sprouts,
  • mixed herbs,
  1. cook then chop the beetroots,
  2. fry the quartered brussel sprouts for a few minutes until soft,
  3. mix beetroots, brussel sprouts and herbs together,
  4. add your favourite dressing, and some crunched nuts.
