Not that it has to be, but let's face it, if you're awakening as a Nosferatu, you might want to get used to those kind of places. Your haven can definitely be somewhere else, but to get across the city without being noticed (remember about the masquerade?), sewers will be your streets. Use them at your advantage, they usually can be the only way to access specific scenes.
As we started to work on that underground part of the city, it's quite small so far.. but like the rest, it will expand and bring another scenery to the city. Can you find the first entrance so far?!
